To all potential egg donors:

Do not agree to donate your eggs with an egg donation agency without a clear service agreement between your self and the egg donation agency.

Do not agree to donate your eggs with an egg donation agency or any intended parents(s) without a clear legal contract created by a licensed attorney between your self and the intended parents.

Do not agree to donate your eggs with an egg donation agency or intended parent(s) without legal representation.

Do not agree to donate your eggs to anyone without a psychological evaluation and interview with a licensed medical health professional.

Do not agree to donate your eggs to anyone without the appropriate education regarding the medication you will be taking during be an egg donation cycle as well as what to expect during the retrieval process and what to expect afterwards.

To all Intended parents:

Do not enter a business agreement with an egg donation agency without reviewing, understanding and signing a service agreement. This means understanding all of the egg donation agencies refund policy.

Do not agree to cycle with an egg donor without being crystal clear on the expected compensation.

Do not agree to cycle with an egg donor without a licensed attorney creating for you a legal contract between your self and the egg donor.

Do not agree to cycle with an egg donor without a current and valid psychological evaluation as well as a current and valid medical evaluation.

Do not agree to cycle with an egg donor without a current letter of legal clearance giving her permission to donate.

To all egg donation agency owners:

Under no circumstances should you ever engage in doing business with a set of intended parents who have not signed your service agreement. It protects you and protect them and spells out clearly expectations of what services you will and will not provide and what your refund policy is.

Under no circumstances should you ever engage in doing business with an egg donor who has not signed your service agreement. It protects you and protects the egg donor and spells out clearly expectations of what services you will and will not provide to the registered egg donor.

Under no circumstances should you ever allow any egg donor that cycles for you to donate without the following:

* A current and updated profile
* A current and updated medical sheet with current medications.
* A current psychological evaluation followed up with a current letter from a licensed mental health professional.
* A legal contract that has been created and reviewed by a licensed attorney and signed by the egg donor for the current cycle in which she is participating in.
* A letter of legal clearance that addresses each one of these items above allowing the egg donor to proceed with the egg donation cycle and retrieval.
